It may take up to 7 working days for delivery and additional time for remote areas or during peak periods. Shipping times quoted are estimates only and not a guarantee of delivery. Once an order leaves our warehouse, Australia Post then becomes responsible for delivery of your items and you will need to contact them directly if you have any issues.

Postage Charges are generally FREE Australia wide. Additional postage may be required for remote areas or overseas customers.

All dry herb vape purchases are final and returns are not accepted except for warranty purposes. Returns may be accepted for full or partial refund on other items sold upon our approval if the item is unused with original packaging and/or tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse refund of payment received if the return order does not meet our requirements.

We will replace any items that are confirmed to be faulty. If you feel your item is faulty, please make contact with us upon receiving it at hello@goldybotanicals.com.au and we will advise you on how to return your item to us.
